Introduction

The Madhya Pradesh Employees Selection Board (MPESB) has released the official notification for the recruitment of Middle and Primary School Teachers through the Teacher Eligibility Test (TET) for 2025. A total of 10,758 vacancies are available, providing a significant opportunity for eligible candidates to secure teaching positions in Madhya Pradesh.

The recruitment drive offers a total of 10,758 posts, categorized as follows:

  • Middle School Teacher (Subjects): 7,929 posts
  • Middle School Teacher (Sports): 338 posts
  • Middle School Teacher (Music – Gayan/Vadan): 392 posts
  • Primary School Teacher (Sports): 1,377 posts
  • Primary School Teacher (Music – Gayan/Vadan): 452 posts
  • Primary School Teacher (Music – Nritya): 270 posts

Educational Qualification

  • Middle School Teacher (Subjects):
    • Passed MP Middle School Teacher Eligibility Test (2018 or 2023)
    • Bachelor’s Degree in the relevant subject with at least 50% marks and a 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education, or
    • Bachelor’s Degree in the relevant subject with 50% marks and a 1-year B.Ed., or
    • Bachelor’s Degree in the relevant subject with 45% marks and a B.Ed., or
    • 10+2 with 50% marks and a 4-year BLEd/BA B.Ed./BSc B.Ed., or
    • Bachelor’s Degree in the relevant subject with 50% marks and a 1-year B.Ed. (Special)
  • Middle School Teacher (Sports):
    • Passed MP Middle School Teacher Eligibility Test 2023
    • Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Education with 50% marks (BPEd/BPE)
  • Middle School Teacher (Music – Gayan/Vadan):
    • Passed MP Middle School Teacher Eligibility Test 2023
    • 10+2 with 50% marks and a Degree in Music
  • Primary School Teacher (Sports):
    • Passed MP Middle School Teacher Eligibility Test 2023
    • Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Education with 50% marks (BPEd/BPE)
  • Primary School Teacher (Music – Gayan/Vadan):
    • Passed MP Middle School Teacher Eligibility Test 2023
    • 10+2 with 50% marks and a Degree/Diploma in Music
  • Primary School Teacher (Music – Nritya):
    • Passed MP Middle School Teacher Eligibility Test 2023
    • 10+2 with 50% marks and a Degree/Diploma in Dance

Age Limit

As of January 1, 2024, candidates should be between 21 and 40 years old. Age relaxation is applicable for reserved categories as per government norms.

Selection Process

The selection process includes a Written Examination, Document Verification, and a Medical Examination. Candidates must qualify in all stages to be considered for final selection.

Salary Details

Selected candidates will receive a salary as per Pay Level 6 of the 7th Pay Commission, along with additional allowances such as House Rent Allowance (HRA) and Dearness Allowance (DA).
